TYPES OF SESSIONS
There are many ways to practice Yoga. Group yoga classes give you a social experience, whilst others look for more bespoke sessions either 1-1, as a couple, or in a small group by doing yoga from home. Find the type of session that suits you best below.
Group Sessions

Private 1-1 Sessions
If you like the idea of doing yoga from home or want to come to me for a 1:1 class I am happy to cater to your needs and goals and develop a practice to suit you at a time that is convenient for you. Give it a go and embrace the benefits of this transformative practice or maybe gift this unique experience to a loved one.
Private Group Sessions
I also offer private group classes so why not get a few friends together and host a yoga session at one of your homes? You could host a yoga and brunch party, a wellness day, include yoga as part of a hen party or just use it as an excuse to get friends together weekly for some yoga.
