This Morning Yoga Practice is a great short sequence to help with improving focus, flexibility and strength. The four Sun Salutations (Sun Salutation A) we work through will help to build heat in the body – and are a great way to warm up for the day!
This will give you an example of the style and type of flow we’ll work through routinely during our sessions together. Together we will look at it in more practical detail in our upcoming Stanmore, Harrow & Watford sessions.
